Shipping: is normally by Xpress Post. Standard shipping charge for any quantity of RAM in Canada is $10.95. For other products it is $15.95 and up depending on weight and volume. FedEx Overnight Air is available on in-stock RAM for $19.95 to most major centres in Canada. Packages are insured for $100, additional insurance is an optional extra at 1.5% of the goods value (minimum $1.00), and will not be added unless requested. If not insured, all loss in shipping is at the customer's risk. Most Kingston, Crucial and Corsair RAM products will ship Purolator Air from Pointe-claire QC at a discounted shipping charge of $9.95. Shipments from Pointe-claire to QC destinations will be charged QC sales tax.

Signature: Insurance requires a signature on delivery. All Purolator shipments require signature. Xpress Post shipments may be delivered no signature, however whether or not insured, on non-signature deliveries, Canada Post's responsibility for loss ends when the package is scanned as delivered. If Kingston, Crucial or Corsair RAM is required to be sent Xpress Post or no-signature, it will require shipping to Victoria BC and then re-sending via Xpress Post. This will increase delivery time and may result in extra shipping charges.

Delivery time: We provide estimated delivery times only, they are stated in business days, and are subject to varition due to stock availability, the carrier, weather and other influences out of our direct control. If you need product before a certain date, please notify us in advance. We cannot change the desitnation or the method of shippng after the parcel has been picked up by the carrier.

Tracking: We send an email confirmation with your invoice copy when the parcel is shipped, including the waybill number. If you have provided a non-working email address, you will not receive a confirmation. Note that we normally do not invoice in advance of shipment, so on out of stock items, your charge may not go through for several days. On rare occasions, Kingston is backordered on specialty product, and your credit card charge may go through in advance of shipping. Both Canada Post and Purolator have tracking available on their websites, but be advised that it often takes 12 - 36 hours for the waybill number to register in their system. It is not unheard of to receive the parcel before the tracking website registers the waybill. Kingston shipments from Pointe-claire generally are delivered within 1-3 days and we may not get the waybill number before you receive the package.

International shipping: Certified RAM will be shipped in the USA from Salem, New Hampshire and there will be no Canadian taxes. Shipping to other destinations will be decided on a case by case basis, and may be high in cost. For example, delivery in less than three weeks to Australia can easly be $75 and up. Due to rampant international fraud attempts, under no circumstances will we ship to Malaysia, Singapore, Russia, Uzbekistan, Romania, Nigeria or other Western African countries. Don't even ask.

Remote and Air Stage destinations: Some remote areas, plus NU, NT and YK can be higher in shipping costs, Purolator can be $40 and up in these areas, where available.

Shipping is by XpressPost only to the communities and postal codes listed below, shipping cost will be higher than standard. Expect shipping cost of $17 and up depending on community and size of package. More information at Canada Post
