Make sure to include the accurate make and model number of your machine, your current RAM size, your full shippping address, phone number and the expiry date and name on your credit card plus the card billing address and phone if different from shipping. Payment accepted by VISA or Mastercard. Your card will be charged in the name of QUILL SERVICES. For your protection, additional ID or proof of card ownership may be required. Non-certified cheques will take 2 to 3 weeks to clear before order is sent. Gov't & Educational PO's accepted on prior approval of credit only. Orders accepted at the sole discretion of Quill Services Ltd.

Shipping: Most in-stock orders will ship out by noon the next business day. Special orders will take 5 -10 days. Shipping via Purolator or Xpress Post. (Somebody must be present during business hours to sign for Purolator package) - we do not guarantee arrival dates or times. Insured up to $100, additional freight insurance is 1.5% extra on total invoice, and will not be added unless you request it. Your receipts will follow by mail.

Installation: Goods are sold under the assumption that you have experience installing hardware/software in your particular machine. Refer to your owner's manual or manufacturer's Web site. Accessory parts, screws and cables are not included unless specified. If you are not confident, please take your machine to a qualified technician for installation. Confirm your model required and compatibility before ordering.

Outside of Canada? We'll ship to you via airmail - please Email for shipping costs (usually $12 to $50 plus insurance). We will not ship until you have given confirmation of the total amount.Your charge card will be charged in Canadian dollars, and your bank will make the conversion to your currency. There are no Canadian taxes. You will be responsible for all taxes and duties due to your country, and for all shipping on warranty returns. Buyer assumes all risk of loss in shipping.
