Terms and conditions Draw is open to residents of Canada over the age of 18 only. To enter: Quote requests for computer memory, accessories or software submitted through the Secure Quote Form at canadaram.com, and orders placed through the Secure Order Form at www.CanadaRAM.com will be automatically entered in a random draw for one iPod Shuffle music player or equivalent prize. To qualify, entrants must be over 18 years of age and a resident of Canada, and must provide complete and accurate name, address, phone number and valid email address, and request a quote on computer memory, software or accessories through the online form at https://secure.kckconsulting.com/canadaram/quoteform.html, or via a printed quote request form sent postpaid through postal mail to Draw Entry, CanadaRAM Ltd., 945 Alston St, Victoria BC V9A 3S5. A printed copy of these rules and a printed blank quote request form are available by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to CanadaRAM Ltd., 945 Alston St, Victoria BC V9A 3S5 or by picking up in person at the same address. Odds of winning are one in 1000. One prize will be awarded to a randomly drawn entrant once CanadaRAM Ltd. has received 1000 valid entries or September 31 2006 whichever comes first. Frequency of prizes awarded will depend on the number of entries. CanadaRAM Ltd. reserves the right to extend the drawing for additional groups of entrants or additional prizes, substitute other prizes, or to terminate the prize program at any time after the current iPod prize has been awarded. Once a prize has been awarded, the group of entries in that calendar time covered by the draw will not be eligible for a subsequent draw, if any. Entrants may re-enter in the subsequent draw as per the entry terms above. Void where prohibited by law. Prize must be accepted as awarded, will be shipped post paid within Canada only. Taxes are the responsibility of the winner. No cash value or substitution will be made. For your protection, we may ask for additional proof of ID to be faxed. Third party address shipments require faxed confirmation. PayPal accepted with a +3% service charge, shipped to verified address only. Gov't, Education and Corporate PO's accepted on prior approval of credit only. Download the Credit Application form and fax to (250) 385-6267 Shipping is via Xpress Post, FedEx or Purolator at our choice. No PO Boxes for Purolator or FedEx. Please ensure that there is someone at the address during business hours to sign for the package. We do not guarantee delivery time. Shipping time and cost may be higher in NT, NU, YT or remote areas as defined by the courier. An invoice copy will be sent by email. Shipping is at buyer's risk, Shipping insurance is 1.5% extra on the goods value or by quote - if declined, the buyer assumes all risk of loss or damage. Signature is required for insured parcels. Installation: Goods are sold under the assumption that you have experience installing. RAM Installation instructions for your specific machine are not included. Refer to your owner's manual or manufacturer's Web site. If you are not confident, please take your machine to a technician for installation.
