June 20 1999 at the Saanich Fairgrounds,
the Peninsular Rose Club and the Victoria Floral Arrangers held their third annual show.
Setting up took most of Saturday, organizing the roses into colours, labelling and arranging.
In the next room, the Floral Arrangers were busy putting together their amazing creations.
